Dont know whether this will help, but 2003 [...] Accord it is a Blue relay in the Passengers compartment fuse-relay box. (Keep in mind we are Right hand drive over here so not sure whether that fuse box stays on the left or is moved to the right)) cheers mark Login to read more.
