I can jump the relay and starter cranks. Have battery voltage at the relay connector terminal 86 when clutch pedal depressed and key is turned to the crank position. Problem is no ground at terminal 85. There are 2 wires at 85. One goes to pin 30 at the PCM. C... Login to read more.
