Yeah, it is a pretty major "fuel trim strategy" reflash. The last 99 windstar I did had the exact same problem and it fixed it. The IMRC shafts have a tendency to leak pretty bad. I've seen some even seized up due to dirt and salt intrusion. A lower intake ain... Login to read more.
