I have a 2005 Chevrolet pick up, that has the ignition lock cylinder stuck in the OFF position. You can put the key in and out, but it does not even try to turn. I am thinking the tumblers are broken or jammed. Alldata says the only way to remove the lock cyli... Login to read more.
