I left Mitsubishi in 2000, but I'm pretty sure one of the 10mm bolts for the accessory plate goes thru the water pump.

Not sure where you're at in re-assembly, but it would be easy to drop the plate in now and verify that one of those bolts does indeed go th... Login to read more.
