The swelling seals indicate oil or hydraulic fluid in the system. If you could collect it in a clean glass jar, it should separate out and the "mystery fluid" could be analyzed. Do you ever use a siphon or syringe to drain fluid from the reservoir? Could such ... Login to read more.
