The way I understand the circuit, the brown wire circuit 25, is the "L" terminal at the voltage regulator and at the other end, at the PCM, it is in connector C2, at terminal 15.

The PCM shouldn't see voltage with KOEO when measuring at terminal 15. ... Login to read more.
