my only thoughts on that ...would be heater voltage bleed OR more likely a bad o2 ground...toyotas have been having converter issues as of late....so it seems...usually the dual manifold mounted converters as far as I can tell ( rav 4 comes to mind)...dont kno... Login to read more.
