Hi Thom -- Yes oil and fuel quality problems, but excessive deposits are also caused by alot of short cold drive cycles. Cold engine allows oil past rings and cold engines run richer.. Use to see alot of plugs like that on short haul delivery vehicles.. Login to read more.
