Hi Andy, Try checking the FIX database for 4T60E. I have a 94 GP that makes a similar noise and some day I may even do something about it. It can sit till then. I found a couple of posts that mention a loud noise that only occurs in park (or nuetral?). Mine on... Login to read more.
