Im with you on the EGR Valve, I have actually seen that before being on backwards and Dirt under it. As the Pids show on the posting Actual EGR Postion is 0% and The Valve has been replaced. Now I havent tried Blocking it off entirely. If you go above 1000 RPM... Login to read more.
