I know 3800's will set a 401 if the MAP sensor sample port has crud in it due to the placement of the MAP over the PCV valve. Have you checked the MAP port for sludge due to short trip driving? Maybe 1 in 20 drive cycles the map doesnt change fast enough durin... Login to read more.
