I'm not sure what year you're working on but on 98.5 and up (24 valve ISB) there is a dedicated TPS/APPS signal line from the Cummins ECM to Chrysler JTEC PCM. This is the circuit we have seen the signal spikes on that cause the PCM to cut the TCC. Our opinion... Login to read more.
