ALERT: Faulty New Delco fuel pump module '99 Tahoe

Hello all,

One of my fellow techs (Hi Scotty!) replaced a fuel pump module in a '99 Tahoe today and the vehicle was a no-start after pump replacement. Current ramping the new pump showed ZERO current flow.
