I use Amsoil 0w30 with the Ea oil filter. I change it every 20k. 1995 Toyota Tacoma 3.4 with 196,000 on the clock, the thing is ridiculously trouble free. I like it so much I changed out every fluid in the thing with amsoil. Login to read more.
