Hi Bradley, Like the others have mentioned the coils allow the line to flex with the vehicle to prevent stress. I'm also from the salt belt region where rusted brake/fuel/bolts/floorpans/gastanks and every other metal part of the vehicles rust out so I've done... Login to read more.
