I am not aware of an idle relearn on a 92 GM. Back then the IAC reset was done by driving over 40mph (CCC) or simply cycling the key (P4). You could learn idle adaptives by idling 2 min no AC, 2 min no AC in gear, 2 min AC on in P, and 2 min AC on in gear.
