Hey Jim,

A while back we had a Buick Rendevous 03 or 04? 3.4L with same situation. One rocker on the REAR bank pulled out of the head. Shipped it to the dealer and they fixed (I think maybe helicoil), it under partial warrenty. Maybe 6 months later it return... Login to read more.
