FWIW I am seeing a LOT of OE caps burning/crossfiring between #3 and #5 cyls in the last couple months. The crossfire was internal and there was no evidence of burnthrough in the cap. These were all around 70+k miles. Make sure you throw a cap/wires at it too. Login to read more.
