I've not tried this on an OBD2 vehicle, but on the EEC4 vehicles you would get a code 10 (cylinder 1) through 80 (cylinder 8), or a 90 (pass). So a weak #3 cylinder would have returned a code 30. I'm not sure what the codes are on OBD2 vehicles since I haven't... Login to read more.
