I'd remove the evaporator, spread the plenum a tad from top to bottom and stick in a new Dorman/Motormite door. Before putting the evaporator back on, I'd suggest observing the door while an assistant rotates the temp knob. Then you can remark the bezel at the... Login to read more. ![]()
