I agree one of the cams is out of time. I had this on a 5.4 Ford where the crank gear for the right bank had a banged up keyway. Vacuum was low, Baro was in the 120's and the truck was low on power down low. Almost parallels your complaint. I didnt know about ... Login to read more.
