2002 neon. 4 cyl. It has to have a vacuum leak somewhere. I just can't find it. It starts at normal RPM,s then it shoots up to 3-4 k rpm's. I blocked off the throttle body. No change in RPM's. IAC reads 0%. What am I missing here?
