my best guess is..people run em till empty, fuel pump is blazing hot, fill with 52 / 54 degree fuel...and no start. Thats why I BELIEVE they are all full of fuel when they go bad. I never let any of my vehicles get below 1/4 tank...havent replaced a fuel pump ... Login to read more.
