on a 2003 gmc yukon rear heat sets code bo434 ( blend door out of range) and defaults to cold air . replace air door motor and new one defaults to cold also. are there any tsb on the blend door ?it appears it may be swinging to far and allows the motor to jam ... Login to read more.
