Hi Bob, make sure you check for crankshaft end play. Also Toyota makes a firewall reinforcement plate for for the clutch pedal hanger along with an updated pedal assy. I assume you welded the cracks in the pedal hanger, if not, remove it and look for cracking. Login to read more.
