I would definatly be looking at the bank 1 primary CAT, had a 2002 Silverado 1500 5.3 with same symptoms, except on bank 2, cyliners 2,4,6,8 all mis firing watching the scan data, and i'm talking into the 30,000 misfire range, turned out to be the primary CAT ... Login to read more.
