Yep, I've replaced 5 or 6 clusters so far for similar problems. Some don't climb right and some don't fall right. Every one has turned out to be the cluster though. Scope the speed sensor and if it's ok it probably needs the cluster. Some of these were 03s by ... Login to read more.
