"M" would be a 3.1L which was not used that year. SI says to clean the bolts and threads in the block and then use GM 1052080 sealer or an equivilant on the bolt threads. My dealer says it is a teflon sealer or as he said "liquid teflon". I will retype a cauti... Login to read more.
