We have a 97 DeVille that is hard to start only first thing in the morning. KOEO fuel pressure is 40# (no matter how many times you cycle the key...but once it starts, it stays around 45-50# even with the engine off) We're thinking fuel pump...but I was wonder... Login to read more.
