87 Caravan Gas Fumes during winter only

Hi!

I haven't seen this vehicle yet but the customer is complaining about gas fumes, but only when it's cold out.

It is a 1987 Caravan with the Mitsubishi V6, I believe a 3.3L.

It has 318,000 miles on it. This guy is meticulous about maintenance!
