Hello group

Working on a 95 Chrysler Concorde 3.3L with intermittant stall. Car has ODBII connector under right side of steering column. My monitor 4000e menu comes up as standard Chrysler and won't communicate. According to MOD it is OBDI. Looked under hood... Login to read more.
