It's not on these or any Bosch inline that I've seen. It's a cheesy cast lever with a small stop screw (6MM?). The lever pounds the screw over time and the idle drops. OE was too low on these, they upped it later on. 800 MINIMUM, I like 850-900. 960 will start... Login to read more.
