Do you have ground trigger from PCM to PGMFI relay Grn/BK wire pin #17 at PCM? Have seen this circuit fail before. Remove PCM and open up look for burn spot on board. Also not sure if ground at thermostat housing will cause fuel pump portion of PGMFI relay not... Login to read more.
