00 Altima, bent valve

Dear TDF,

I have a 2000 Altima, 2.4L, 89k on te clock, with a bent valve. I am familiar with the intake removal on this car (ugh) but not the head. Any thoughts/tips/words of warning? Should the chain be replaced?
