Dunno if this will help lead ya towards anything, but JB was smogging a 94 caddy not long back, and it also wouldnt go into fuel enable despite saying CL on the scanner. Read thru fuel enable stats in the manual, all passed perfectly. On advice from tech hotli... Login to read more.
