Make sure you can hear the shut-down solenoid in the injection pump cover click when you energize the key. You should have 5 to 7 lbs fuel pressure at the shrader valve and no air. If you've got that, crack all 8 injector fittings about 1/4 turn and fire it up... Login to read more.
