Hi Aaron, I just finished a repair on a 1979 928. My Porsche manual only goes to 1981 so I am not sure about a 1984. In any case, the fuel pump relay gets 12 volt power on pin 30 (all the time). Pin 87 goes to the fuel pump. These two pins are the ones you hav... Login to read more.
