Wow, talk about deja vu, I bet you have a skewed BARO/MAP reading, it should be close to 5 volts at KOEO, I had a shop call me about one a couple of years ago with the same symptoms, the BARO was aroud 2.4 volts, it runs the mix so damned lean that it can't ke... Login to read more.
