I too have noticed this problem on a number of 3.3l after first noticing it on my wifes 2000 Caravan w/3.3l. I replaced the belt with a new Chrysler belt. The noise went away for about a month then came back. On my van it is not a ringing belt tensioner pulley... Login to read more.
