Corvette issue or scanner issue?

This is a 1994 Corvette with the 5.7L VIN P engine, auto trans.

The complaint is the engine shutting off or cutting out, not stalling and comming back only during acceleration. It is supposed to be worse when hot.

There are no DTCs stored.
