subject vehicle is a 99 Beetle, 2.0 gas, 5 speed. customer has been in for the last six months intermittently with a no crank condition. every time, i can replace #28 fuse (all i can tell is it feeds the courtesy lights, starter feed, and radio?) and it works ... Login to read more.
