Yes, with the Mastertech and the TIS2000 (newest update) I replaced the BCM and reprogramed it and then did the VTD relearn with the Mastertech. I have replaced 5 other BCM and had no problems. And any time I have had a problem with the key learn the security ... Login to read more.
