"The Vacuum drop test should answer that for ya. Rev to
2500 and measure manifold vacuum (Probably about 20ish
inches unloaded). Then manually open EGR to MAX and
stabilize RPM back to 2500 with EGR open and recheck your
manifold vacuum. "
