Greg, in Mass, we do a cap pressure test as part of the OBD II I/M test proceedure. Haven't seen any enhanced OBD II system caps that failed on the tester when there wasn't a P044X code present. I dunno what the test pressure is on the wokstations, but I'll se... Login to read more.
