Well, seein' as how both the FP relay & the MIL are controlled by the PCM, I'd say the PCM is being irrational. That sometimes is due to a poor ground or low/erratic input voltage. I think I'd get a PCM wiring diagram and do some voltage drop tests on the powe... Login to read more.
