Lee, these engines have a fuel cut-out on them. If the PCM sees too high of an engine speed at idle it cuts off the fuel. This gives the typical rev up, die, rev up, die cycle of the engine at idle. A vacuum leak allows the engine speed to increase so check fo... Login to read more. ![]()
