Hi Rich, Im sorry i made a mistake in my thinking. Here are the voltages from a known good running car with the same engine.

On the signal wire KOEO= 5.00 volts.

Signal return KOEO= 0.597 volts

Signal return KOER= 4.61 volts. At normal hot idle.
