This one is an odd one. 99 Dodge Dakota 4.7L A/T 4x4. If you honk the horn, the wipers cycle twice, like when you hit the washer button (but no fluid). But only one horn honks (has hi and low). If you disconnect the horn that isn't honking, the wipers stop act... Login to read more.
