Thanks for all the responses. just to update everyone. The cam sensor was the culprit. Upon very close study of the cmp sensor pattern the signature pattern of this sensor of 1pulse - 2 pulses - 3pulses was there except on the 2pulse portion of the waveform it... Login to read more.
